Sharing Work Methods for the ‘Agentic AI’ Era at the March Town Hall Meeting
ACEWORKS, a future mobility tech company, used its company-wide March All-Hands Meeting on the 9th to explore Agentic AI — sharing how it is reshaping the way the team works and where the organization's competitive edge is headed.
The session opened with a presentation by Min-chul Lee, Platform Development Team Leader of the SDV Division, titled "WORK4.0+ with Agentic AI." His talk laid out ACEWORKS' practical take on navigating the current wave of technological change and drew considerable interest from attendees.
At the heart of the presentation was a reframing of what AI is: not a generative tool that responds to prompts, but an autonomous agent that carries out real tasks in pursuit of human intent and goals. The key idea is that humans define the direction in natural language and orchestrate the overall process, while AI handles the execution — with final decisions and oversight firmly remaining in human hands.
The presentation also introduced the concept of WORK4.0+, which redefines the role of people at work. Rather than directly executing every task themselves, people become architects — defining objectives and designing the boundaries and rules within which AI agents operate. ACEWORKS sees this not simply as a productivity gain, but as a fundamental upgrade to how a technology company works.
The session also walked through real-world applications already in use at ACEWORKS: building generative AI feedback loops into the presentation drafting process, and using the Model Context Protocol (MCP) to automate the collection of data and information. These examples gave employees a concrete, practical picture of what Agentic AI looks like on the job — and sparked discussion about how each person might bring it into their own work.
