Future Mobility and self-driving tech company ControlWorks announced on the 19th that it will change its name to "ACEWORKS."

ACE is an abbreviation for Automotive Control & Electronics, which is evaluated as a key technology in the future mobility era, and it means opening a bright future for mankind based on these technologies.

ACEWORKS is also a combination of ACE LAB and CONTROLWORKS, which are startups specializing in autonomous driving that Controlworks merged with in November last year.

ACEWORKS, Korea's No. 1 software verification equipment company in SDV (SW Defined Vehicle), plans to expand its global market development by changing its name.

It plans to supply eco-friendly vehicles such as electric vehicles and self-driving core software in the form of Full Stack in the future, instead of supplying key software verification equipment to overseas electric vehicle companies such as U.S. electric vehicle startup Fisker.

ACEWORKS has already signed partnership agreements with global companies such as Germany's VECTOR and China's Robosense, and at the end of last year, it opened a global office in L.A. to pave the way for the best market development.
