Outcomes

Future mobility technology company ACEWORKS recently held its “2025 Division
Workshops” for all divisions—including SDV, ES, FM, Management, and SP—at The
Lounge located at its headquarters in Yeoksam-dong, Seoul.
During the workshops, each division reviewed its key achievements throughout 2025 and
engaged in in-depth discussions on business plans and strategic direction for 2026. In
particular, participants shared concrete examples of how AI was actively applied across
daily operations in response to a rapidly changing industrial environment, noting that AIdriven
work practices led to tangible improvements in operational efficiency and overall
performance.
As a technology-driven company, ACEWORKS also reaffirmed its long-term direction and
discussed concrete plans for further expanding and advancing the use of AI across the
organization in 2026, reinforcing its commitment to continuous innovation and business
competitiveness.
The workshops also drew attention as Researcher Ban of the SDV Division, recipient of
the 2025 Seoyeon Academic Award presented by the Korean Society of Automotive
Engineers, shared his personal reflections on his first professional experience at ACEWORKS.
He said, “Working at ACEWORKS has been a meaningful starting point for me as a
researcher, allowing me to see my academic work take shape in real-world services.
Experiencing how autonomous driving algorithms developed during my university studies
are applied to actual systems has helped me clearly understand the importance of fieldoriented
technology development.”
Researcher Ban added that he aims to continue contributing to the development of reliable
autonomous driving technologies through simulation-based and step-by-step verification
processes, while supporting the further advancement of autonomous driving technologies
in the future.
