Aceworks Hosts ATM on September 18 to Foster Unity and Communication Among Employees
On the 18th, ACEWORKS held its ACEWORKS Together Meeting (A.T.M) at headquarters — a chance for the whole company to step away from the desk and spend some real time together.
The event was designed with one goal in mind: bring people closer. Teams were deliberately mixed across departments, so everyone had the chance to spend the day alongside colleagues they might rarely cross paths with in the normal flow of work. For many, it was a reminder of just how much can happen when the usual boundaries between teams dissolve.
The latter half of the evening shifted into something more relaxed — food, drinks, and the kind of easy conversation that's hard to manufacture but easy to enjoy. Laughter was in good supply, and people left knowing their colleagues a little better than before.
For ACEWORKS, the day reinforced something worth reinforcing: that being one team isn't just a phrase — it's something you have to create together, repeatedly. The company intends to keep building on that, with a culture grounded in trust and genuine connection.
