ACEWORKS, Rooftop Garden Built for Employee Wellness
The rooftop garden was created with a simple idea in mind: give employees a place to decompress and reconnect with nature, right at the office. What was once a bare rooftop with a few benches has been transformed into a bright, welcoming space filled with flowers and greenery.
"We wanted to give our people somewhere to step away from the hustle of the city — even just for a few minutes," an ACEWORKS representative said. "This is part of a longer-term commitment to building a more natural, restorative environment in our workplace."
ACEWORKS plans to continue expanding its employee welfare spaces, with the hope that corners like this become a small but meaningful part of the everyday experience at work.
