CEO Leads Vision and Self-Development Seminar for New Hires

On July 8th, ACEWORKS held a seminar for its first-half new hires at the headquarters lounge, titled "Company Vision and Self-Development Strategy." CEO Seung-beom Park took the stage himself to share the company's vision, business direction, and his thoughts on what it means to grow as a member of the organization.
Park introduced ACEWORKS as "a technology partner that helps clients develop and verify ECUs," walking the group through how the company has built itself into one of the few specialized engineering firms of its kind in Korea's EV and Software-Defined Vehicle (SDV) space. He also touched on what sets ACEWORKS apart when measured against the broader global engineering market.
On the topic of self-development, Park offered a framing that went beyond job titles and task lists. He encouraged the new hires to think of their strengths not as nouns — a role, a function — but as verbs: the actions and modes of engagement where their energy and instincts naturally come alive. "Knowing your own strengths clearly is where growth begins," he said, calling on each person to keep returning to that question through ongoing reflection and self-exploration.
The session closed on the same note it opened: that working life, at its best, isn't about survival — it's a journey of discovering what you're genuinely good at and becoming more of it. ACEWORKS intends to keep building a culture where every member has the space to do exactly that: find their strengths, push their limits, and grow alongside the company.
