ACEWORKS Appoints New Division Heads and Implements Organizational Restructuring

ACEWORKS (CEO Seung-beom Park), a future mobility tech company, has brought on two senior leaders to sharpen its competitive edge in the fast-moving global mobility market: Yang-ho Kim as Executive Vice President and Head of the Embedded System Division, and Jong-seok Lim as Senior Vice President and Head of the Business Division.

Yang-ho Kim joins with more than 20 years at Samsung Electronics, where he led software development and quality verification while building deep expertise in embedded systems and next-generation technology research. In his new role, he will drive the advancement of ACEWORKS' next-generation mobility solutions and electronic control systems.

Jong-seok Lim brings over 15 years of global experience at Schaeffler, where he oversaw electrified powertrain and electronic control system development programs. He will take the lead on business development, operations, and expanding the company's partnership network. Schaeffler, it is worth noting, acquired Vitesco Technologies — an electrification specialist spun off from Germany's Continental — in 2023.

"Bringing these two leaders on board, and reshaping the organization around them, is a deliberate strategic move to build the expertise and execution capacity we need in a market that is changing fast," said CEO Seung-beom Park. "We will keep earning the trust of our clients and the broader market through differentiated technology and the ability to deliver on it."
