ACEWORKS Officially Launches RoboSense's Next-Generation Robot Vision Platform 'AC1' in Korea – Enhancing Recognition Performance for Robots and Autonomous Systems with Sensor Fusion and AI Processing.
A future mobility solution specialist, ACEWORKS, has officially launched the latest product from its partner, RoboSense, the Active Camera AC1, in the Korean market. As RoboSense's official domestic distributor, ACEWORKS plans to swiftly supply this vision solution, which is optimized for the development of next-generation robots and autonomous systems, and provide stable technical support.The AC1 is an All-in-One AI-based robotic vision platform that integrates LiDAR, a camera, and an IMU sensor into a single unit. It significantly enhances recognition performance by applying hardware-based spatio-temporal synchronization technology. It achieves a wide field of view with Depth FOV of $120^\circ \times 60^\circ$ and RGB FOV of $144^\circ \times 78^\circ$, a maximum detection range of 70m (20m at $10\%$ reflectivity), and distance accuracy of $\pm 3\text{cm} (1\sigma)$. It also maintains stable performance even in strong sunlight ($100 \text{kLux}$) and high-reflectivity environments.Its scope of application is broad.
