CEO Park Seung-beom Gives Special Lecture on 'Strength-Based Growth Strategy' at Hanyang University ERICA – Also Presents Vision for Technology-Focused Company ACEWORKS on the 14th
Park Seungbum, CEO of Aceworks, delivered a special lecture titled “Strengths-Based Growth” on October 14 at Hanyang University ERICA Campus.
During the session, CEO Park emphasized that “growth is not about comparing oneself to others, but about understanding and developing one’s unique strengths,” and presented various real-world examples of individuals and teams leveraging their strengths in industrial settings. He also shared Aceworks’ ongoing innovation journey in autonomous driving and embedded systems, outlining the company’s vision as a leading technology-driven enterprise—earning enthusiastic responses from attendees.
The lecture was organized to help university students identify their personal strengths and design their own career paths. Following the lecture, a practical workshop using the Clifton StrengthsFinder assessment allowed students to explore and discuss their individual strengths. Participants expressed high satisfaction, noting that “it was not just a career lecture, but an opportunity to understand ourselves and plan our future.”
Aceworks plans to continue expanding its engagement with young talent and promote a “strengths-based growth culture” both within the company and throughout society.
