ACEWORKS CEO Seung-beom Park delivered a guest lecture at Hanyang University ERICA in Ansan, Gyeonggi Province on the 14th, speaking on the theme of "Strengths-Based Growth."
Park opened with a core idea: growth isn't about measuring yourself against others — it's about understanding what you're genuinely good at and building on it. He backed this up with real examples from the industry, showing how playing to distinct strengths has driven meaningful results in practice. He also shared the story behind ACEWORKS' work in autonomous driving and embedded systems, giving students a window into what it looks like to build a technology-driven company around a clear vision — a message that clearly resonated with the room.
The lecture was organized specifically to help university students identify their own strengths and think more intentionally about the direction of their careers. Following Park's talk, participants worked through the Clifton StrengthsFinder assessment, diagnosing their individual strengths and discussing what they found with each other. "This wasn't just another career talk," one attendee said. "It was time I actually spent understanding myself and thinking about my future."
ACEWORKS plans to keep expanding its engagement with young talent and to carry the strengths-based growth philosophy beyond the company's walls — through programs designed to help spread that mindset more broadly across society.
