ACEWORKS Recruits 8 Future Mobility Talents

ACEWORKS Recruits 8 Future Mobility Talents to Strengthen SDV and Autonomous Driving Expertises
ACEWORKS, a company specializing in future mobility control and verification, has recently recruited eight experts across various fields, including Software-Defined Vehicles (SDVs).
According to ACEWORKS on the 11th, autonomous driving test engineers and platform development experts have joined the SDV Division. They will be responsible for verifying system performance on actual roads and test tracks, as well as advancing autonomous driving platform software (SW). ACEWORKS plans to maximize their expertise to enhance the technological completeness of its autonomous driving solutions.
In addition, the Business Division has been reinforced with a business support manager and a technical sales expert. They are scheduled to oversee technical proposals and project management aimed at expanding the market for HILS (Hardware-in-the-Loop Simulation) and ECU (Electronic Control Unit) solutions.
Talent recruitment was also carried out for departments directly under HQ to strengthen global capabilities. It is reported that autonomous driving SW development talents along with international interns have been deployed to boost research capabilities in core technology areas, such as perception, decision-making, and control algorithms.
The profiles of these new recruits were introduced during the May company-wide meeting held on the 6th at the headquarters in Gangnam-gu, Seoul. As more than 80% of ACEWORKS' total workforce consists of R&D personnel, analysis shows that this recruitment is also part of its technology-driven management strategy.
An official from ACEWORKS stated, "Together with top talents in each field, we will continue to secure technological prowess that can demonstrate competitiveness not only domestically but also in the global market."
