reporting or seeking advice regarding violations of the company’s Code of Ethics, as well as any misconduct or unfair practices by employees.
The anonymity of whistleblowers is
fully guaranteed.

1. Protection of Identity

  • Whistleblowers will not suffer any disadvantages in terms of employment status or working conditions for reporting or providing statements or materials, except in cases where the whistleblower is responsible for misconduct.

2. Confidentiality Assurance

  • Without the whistleblower’s consent, their identity will not be disclosed to others.

3. Types of Reports

  • Actions that violate ethical management policies

  • Bribery, receiving improper entertainment, or monetary transactions

  • Leakage of company information or personnel

  • Embezzlement of company funds, theft of assets, or personal gain

  • Other forms of misconduct or poor job performance

  • Behavior that harms a healthy corporate culture
